Ethernet and Cloud Server Setting in ZKTeco MiniAC


Ethernet IP address is your local Network IP which should has full internet access and able to communicate to your cloud server. To update the same click on menu icon from Device's Home screen first then select [COMM.] > [Ethernet] to set the network parameters. Now provide a local IP address to device with Subnet Mask, Gateway and DNS. If the TCP/IP communication of the device is successful, the icon  will be displayed in the upper right corner of the standby device interface or Home screen of the device.


Cloud Server is your Timelabs server where you HRMS software is installed and where you want your devices to push the data. To update cloud server settings in your device click on Menu icon from Device's Home screen first then select [COMM.] > [Cloud Server Setting]. Here enter cloud server's Public IP address or Host Name and Server port number that is configured on your cloud server for data communication. If the device communicates with the server successfully, the icon  will be displayed in the upper right corner of the standby interface or Home screen of the device.

Ethernet Setting in old ZKTeco Keypad Devices


Ethernet Configuration: Press M/OK to enter into the device menu, select Comm. > Ethernet to enter in the Ethernet setting interface. The parameters given here are the factory default values. Update a local IP Address along with Subnet Mask, Gateway and DNS address according to your network configuration.
