Create Job Profile in RMS

To create a new job profile in RMS (Recruitment Management System), follow these steps:

Click on Setup -> Job Settings -> Job Profiles. 



Here click on Add New button which will open a Job Profile form.


Enter Job Profile Details:
1. Profile Name: Provide a unique name for the job profile.
2. Job Descriptions: Describe the role, responsibilities, and key tasks associated with this job profile.
3. Responsibilities: List the specific duties and responsibilities expected from candidates in this role.
4. Requirements: Specify the qualifications, skills, experience, and other requirements needed for this job profile.


After entering all necessary information, click on the "Save" button to save the job profile details. See snapshot below:




Once Job Profile is saved it is listed under Job Profile list.


Now you can go ahead and create a Job Opening for that new Job profile.
