Selfie feature enabled but not showing in Mobile app

Question : Selfie feature enabled but not showing in Mobile app while submitting Web Punch request.


Answer : If Selfie feature is enabled on your license, you need to allow Selfie option for each employee from ESS Employee Setting. Then only Employee will be able to see a selfie capture icon in Mobile app while submitting Web Punch request. To do so, login in ESS with System User, go to Setting icon -> Employee Settings:




This will open below Employee Setting page.



Here check mark over 'Face Detect (Selfie)' for the employee you want to enable Selfie. At last click on 'Save' button.
