Question: Not able to set TAM Connectivity with Excel template. It shows an error like "Enroll no in red are either not available or duplicate"
Answer: All red mark entries means, those enroll numbers are not available in the device or are not downloaded to the database. You can de-select Red Mark entries and update remaining employee's TAMConnectivity in the software:
Please check below too:
1. If you have registered those enroll numbers in the device.
2. If all those users are registered in the device, make sure those are downloaded to the software perfectly.
3. Please open iClock device Manager and ensure Device status is showing 'Online'. If it shows Offline, please connect with your IT team to resolve connectivity issue.
4. Submit 'Reset Operation Stamps' command from iClock - Device Operation Menu - Device Operation.
