Kindly check below conditions. If any of them is true then portal will not allow to set reporting head.
1. Reporting Head of employee ‘A’ is set as employee ‘A’
2. Reporting Head of 'A' is ‘B’ and reporting head of B is ‘A’ i.e deadlock situation.
3. Reporting Head's employee details are not added to any created company.
