Question : If I have an approved Tour in my Timesheet and now I want to get it cancelled, how do I do it?

Answer : An approved Tour can also be cancelled by the employee just like Leave Cancellation Request. Employee needs to go to Self Service Menu -> On Tour/On Duty Entries. Here select the month first, which shall show you all approved Tours in that month.

Near by each Approved Tour entry a cancellation button/icon given. Click on 'Mark for Cancellation' icon shown as.

On next pop-up put a reason/remark for Tour Cancellation and Submit the request.

Now on Manager's approval your Tour will be cancelled and removed from Timesheet.
