Save custom report for future use

When you customize a default report format as per your requirement, you can save the same for future use. The customized report can also be scheduled for automated email. 


To save a custom report format, first you need to generate report with the default view or Original report view. 



Here once results are shown, custom your report using the different tools highlighted above i.e. Reorder Columns, Hide/Remove columns, Apply Filters, Configure Page setup etc. After the report customization, click on Save button to save that view:



This will open a new pop-up. Here name your customized report and Save the same.



Once report format/view is saved, it will show under Select View drop down. You can now select your customized report view from that drop down and export the data.
