Generate PF and ESI Summary in payroll

PF Summary with ECR File:

To generate PF Summary with ECR file go to Statutory Menu and click on PF Summary:

This will open you below PF Summary page:

Here under the action column two options are visible. By clicking on Excel icon, it will download PF Summary report (as showing below):

By clicking on text icon you can download ECR file which can be uploaded on PF website too:

ESI Summary:

To generate ESI Summary go to Statutory Menu and click on ESI Summary:

This will open you below ESI Summary page:

Here under the action column, click on Excel icon to download ESI Summary report. The report will looks like below:
